These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by participating, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Continental Cashback Promotion is open to all retail customers who are UK residents aged 18 and over, Employees and the immediate families of the Promoter, retailer, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion and trade customers (fleet and company vehicle drivers) are not eligible to enter this promotion.

The promotion will run from 00:00 1^st December 2024 to 23:59 7^th February 2025. The purchase period will run from 00:00 1^st December 2024 and 23:59 31^st January 2025.

How to claim and enter: To enter the prize draw for a chance to win a pair of tickets to the England vs. Scotland Rugby match on 22^nd February 2025 and Mastercard, purchase at least two participating products from a participating retailer between 1^st December 2024 and 31^st January 2025 in one transaction, scan the QR code on in-store marketing and follow the link or visit:

Your full name, email, mobile number, home address and car registration number will be required to enter. Entries must be accompanied by a valid invoice number obtained from participating retailers.

1. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion.

1. Entries (bulk or otherwise) made from trade, syndicates, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. If it becomes apparent that a participant is reposting the same content multiple times or using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any prize award will be void.

1. Incomplete, illegible, invalid, or misdirected entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.

1. Participating products include all Continental car, van or 4x4 tyres purchased and fitted directly from participating retailers.
2. The Prize: Two general admission tickets (winner and guest) to watch England vs. Scotland at the Men’s Guinness Six Nations 2025, which is being held at Allianz Stadium, Twickenham 200 Whitton Road, Twickenham, TW2 7BA, on Saturday the 22^nd of February 2025, plus a £500 Pre-paid debit Mastercard for the winner only. Five available to be won in total. Accommodation, food, travel costs and any other expense not expressly stated in these terms and conditions as being included as part of the prize will not be paid for by the Promoter, this will be the responsibility of each winner to organise.

1. Mastercard: The £500 pre-paid virtual Mastercard can take up to 15 days to receive by email or SMS text message. A physical pre-paid Mastercard can take up to 23 days to deliver, and it is not reusable after all of the redeemed money has been spent. Winners will have the choice between receiving the pre-paid Mastercard virtually or physically. This choice will be given via an email from service@prepaiddigtialsolutions.com.

1. Mastercard reserve the right to initiate a participant validation check. The participant validation check will require the claimant to provide documentation to prove their identity, such as a passport or driving licence. The recipient may choose to provide the required information at the time they are prompted or may opt to return later to provide the information to Mastercard. However, they will not be able to access the reward until the information has been provided and validation check has been cleared.

1. You will be required to submit your Identity verification details, which will be sent separately to activate your Mastercard.

1. Winner selection: All eligible entries will be entered into the prize draw. The winners will be selected via a randomised computer process on the 10^th of February 2025.

1. Winner notification: The winners will be notified on the day of the draw by email and telephone call, and following initial notification, the winners will have 48 hours to claim their prize. After valid claim and completion of any verification process, the winners will be emailed their prize within 4 days. If a prize is not claimed within 48 hours, a winner rejects their prize or are ineligible, the prize will be reallocated by the Promoter to a reserve winner selected in the same manner. Prizes cannot be returned for another prize.  County of residence will be requested for the purposes of the winners list if no objection is received. The process will repeat until Monday the 17^th of February 2025 after which any remaining prizes will be null and void. Entrants are encouraged to monitor their connections (email and text) during this time in case they are a winner including junk folders.

1. No cash or other prize alternative available, in whole or in part, except owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right to offer a suitable alternative prize, or part of a prize, of equal or greater value. The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or auctioned.

1. In the event of circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this promotion or the awarding of the offer, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions, at any stage. If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries including but not limited to asking for proof of purchase and ID including date of birth (passport, driving licence or equivalent form of identification that clearly states the winner’s date of birth) and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

1. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

1. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

1. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on prize acceptance.  The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.

1. The Promoter will make available a list of prize winners’ surnames and counties of residence to members of the public or regulators who request such details within 3 months of the closing date of this promotion. Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting continentaltyresrewards@360insights.com. You may request a copy of the winners list by emailing continentaltyresrewards@360insights.com. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse such requests. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

1. The Promoter has no control over internet or communication networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter will not be held liable to any individual for any fraud committed by any third party nor for any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, user error and any network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind which may restrict, delay or prevent a participant’s entry to the promotion.

1. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the law of the relevant country for each entrant, and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant country they reside in.

1. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion for no other purpose, unless we have your consent. When entering the Promotion, you acknowledge that your entry, full name, email, mobile number, home address and car registration number will be required to enter will have been made available to the Promoter and their external partner 360insights (Europe) Ltd. All personal data will at all times be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. Your personal data will be held and used by the Promoter under the Promoter’s Data Protection Notice. Data will be stored for three months after the close of the promotion before deletion.
